I ship via USPS with delivery confirmation, and an email with the tracking number will be sent to the each customer. 

 

Some items are made to order, so please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.  Arrangements may be made to process your order sooner if you need it for a special occasion or by a specific date.

 

Return Policy 

Due to additional commitments as a caregiver, and in an effort to minimize external exposure of these delicate textile handmade items - I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

However, because each item is made with mucho amor and I want you to love your purchase - please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
